Got the opportunity to work on a great walk-in pantry a few weeks back, and I'm still looking at the pictures and reveling in that feeling of clutter--> clarity!
This pantry is what dreams are made of: a full walk-in with floor-to-ceiling shelves and enough room for everything you could ever need or want! The only challenge with a space like this is that it invites STUFF. "Fill me up," it says, "I've got plenty of room! Don't worry about being too neat, because there's space enough for all the things!!" Well, it's right enough in one regard: there is definitely enough space. BUT. That doesn't mean you should ignore the organization of it.
Well, we got in that pantry and in one 4-hour session, went through everything stored in there, did a *minimal* amount of minimalizing (hah.. see what I did there?), and organized the heck out of it! And then cleaned and organized the fridge for good measure.
